Loading the steel coil to decoiler, the raw material goes through leveling, multi-pass roller forming, hydraulic cutting, finished product output and then packed by automatic packing system.
By setting the parameter on single-axis controller, the motor will drive one side of roller stations moving to get the width of U profile as it is set in the controller. It can quickly adjust the sizes without manually changing the spacers which greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
